African Adventure Holidays Receives High Commission Commendation

Ms Juddy Otti-Olunga, Managing Director, African Adventure Holidays has paid a courtesy call on the High Commission to share information and experiences on how best to market the "Pearl of Africa.¡± The Ugandan born Ms Otti-Olunga informed her hosts that African Adventure Holidayswas a representative branch of Great Lake Safari in the United Kingdom with over 15 years¡¯ experience in the tourism industry. She said that African Adventure Holidays aimed at providing exceptional travel experience to its clients.

"We believe that adventure travel should be stimulating, and that it should give our clients an authentic experience of a place. We are passionate about bringing to our clients the best possible experience both in our owned accommodation facilities, strategically located within the major National Parks and our tailor made safari vehicles,¡± she said.

Ms Judith Nyangoma Asiimwe, Tourism Desk Officer at the High Commission, commended Ms Otti-Olunga for marketing Uganda¡¯s tourism potential by offering information that visitors to Uganda need to know to aid their travel. She pointed out that visitors to Uganda depend a lot on tour operators and it was therefore paramount to deal with them honestly and competently. She appealed to all tour operators to provide their clients with the product or service as advertised in their brochures or websites.
