H.E. Prof. Joyce Kikafunda speaks at the 4th Uganda-UK Convention
H.E. Prof. Joyce Kikafunda, High Commissioner to the UK, stated that the\r\n role of the Diaspora in the development of Uganda could not be \r\noveremphasized. She said the vision of Uganda for 2040 is of \r\n'transforming ourselves from peasantry and poverty, to modernity and \r\nprosperity'.
